NAMI of Ashtabula County supports the efforts of its national parent organization, The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), as well as NAMI Ohio, in the pursuit of legislative changes at the National and State levels to improve the quality of life of the mentally ill and those who care about them.

→ Contact ... your state and national representatives to ensure they are working for people with mental illness.
→ Fight stigma ... by monitoring biased portrayals of people with mental illness.
→ National Surveys ... register your opinion about a topic that interests you specifically and be heard.
